These are not guaranteed in the event of breakdown but every effort will be made to remedy faults as quickly as possible.

Heating
Gas central heating throughout. There is also a coal-effect gas fire in the sitting room.

Linen
Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bedlinen, pillowcases and towels etc.

Cleaning
Our cleaner always inspects thoroughly between lets, cleaning as necessary and paying particular attention to kitchen and bathroom. However, we do rely on our departing guests to leave the house clean and tidy for the next arrivals.

Stairs
These are open-tread, narrow and, as with most Southwold cottages, rather steep. Those with disabilities may find them difficult to manage.

Parking
