No 2 St James Green - Grace Cottage - is the quintessential Southwold cottage, standing in one of the town's most painted and photographed corners.
There are few, if any, self-catering holiday homes on the East Coast better placed.
Nestling beneath the famous lighthouse... Just yards from Southwold's famous beach... with the excellent Sole Bay Inn just across the road... Adnams' Brewery close by... and the shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.

Please note: lets are Friday to Friday. Arrival after 2.00 pm. Departure by 10.00 am.

No children under 10 years (except for babies under 6 months).

One small, well-behaved dog may be permitted on application to the property owner. The charge is £25 per week. Sorry, no cats. (See Terms & Conditions)
